24-hour blood pressure monitor (ABPM) for practice and hospital

The boso TM-2450 records blood pressure and pulse on the upper arm, usually over 24 hours, and stores up to 600 measurements. Programming and analysis are performed on the PC with boso profil-manager XD, including GDT connectivity to the practice software. Weighing 175 g with a compact design, it is also suited for night-time use.

Freely programmable intervals

Measurement intervals for day and night are set on the PC; alternatively, a preset automatic programme covers at least 20 hours.

Up to 600 readings

The memory holds up to 600 measurements; the patient is identified only by an ID number, no personal data are stored in the device.

175 g, compact design

At 66 × 25 × 95 mm and with a quiet pump, the device is meant to disturb the patient little, even at night; carrying case with strap included.

Activity, artefacts, environment

Activity and rest phases, artefacts, ambient temperature and air pressure are recorded; a sleep button marks the night phase.

Indication of cardiac arrhythmias

The device can flag irregular heartbeats, e.g. in possible atrial fibrillation, as an indication for further medical evaluation.

profil-manager XD with GDT

Readout via USB, tables and profiles, mean arterial pressure, pulse pressure and morning blood pressure surge; GDT interface to practice software.
